Check the Product Support From Microsoft
Hello, I purchased a Mac Office 2019 package in August. Once installation was completed the Microsoft was unable to update the Word, Excel, or Power Point apps to the new 365 updates the only apps thath was giving hte option to update was one note and one drive. Once I enter my activation key sign in to my account all worked ok with the last update microsoft supported v16.78. On 11/17 i did a Mac update that caused the office apps to not work. I reinstalled the files again validated my product key deleted all files associated with microsoft offce in my containers files and did a fresh install with no luck. i started to dig dipper on to the product information on microsoft support section. This is when i found tht microsoft stopped supporting this version of office. On Octorber 14,2025. No matter what i did to attempt to make it work with no success microsoft wanted me to update to office 365 subcription base. So i purchased the 2024 version less then 1/4 of the price from digitalkeysbox installtion was easy the product i recieved does not require me to log in to microsoft account. i have all the current version apps with no issues. CDkeyoffers return refund policy is only 14 days and 180 if you did not activate the key. Just check the support from the product company you are purchasing and check other location too may get better deal. Thanks

Unfortunately, Microsoft officially ended support and updates for Office 2019 on October 14, which means users of this version can no longer receive online updates or upgrade to the latest features. If you wish to use the newest version, the available options are to purchase Office 2024 or switch to a subscription-based plan such as Office 365. This policy is determined entirely by Microsoft and is beyond the control of us.
Regarding our refund policy, it is clearly stated that refunds are available within 14 days, or within 180 days if the product key has not been activated. Since your key was successfully activated and used for an extended period, it unfortunately no longer meets the conditions for a refund.
That said, we fully understand your frustration and sincerely appreciate your feedback. Should you encounter any installation or activation issues in the future, our support team will always be ready to assist you and do our best to find a suitable solution promptly.

Quick and easy
Quick and easy. Needed a new key because my x470 motherboard died. The only problem I had was with my credit card company. Discover will no longer work at your site even though I purchased 3 keys a few years ago. (maybe a few is more like 5) I had to use another card and had to call the card to approve the transaction. The delay was on my end.
