The website was not easy to use
The website was not easy to use. I gave up the first time round. Then sent off an order for 50 as I thought at a high price. Much to my surprise 1,000 labels arrived far more than I can ever use. The quality and size are good. Larger labels than I expected, however.
The company emailed me to sort out the order as what I wanted on the label was not clear to them. As I say, the website is not easy to use.
