Used them for decades, they got greedy. $20 going to $200 per month

Their service is trash, interface is garbage. I abandoned $800 in prepaid credit just to escape these predators.

Switched to BunnyCDN; set up in less than 10 minutes, works perfectly, costs €4/month for my low usage. Superior in every way. CDN77's business model: eliminate PAYG, force massive subscriptions, hope customers are too lazy to leave. They're not a CDN company, they're subscription scammers.

This company doesn't deserve to exist. Every customer they lose to honest competitors like Bunny is karma.

I had a very negative experience with CDN77. The company artificially drained several hundred euros from my prepaid credit — repeatedly serving the same CSS and JS files through their CDN. After analyzing the traffic logs, I discovered that the requests were coming from IP addresses tied to ByteDance / TikTok servers, which CDN77 openly supports as a client.

This behavior feels nothing short of fraudulent. While CDN77 promotes itself as a professional content delivery solution for developers and businesses, in reality it seems to allow — if not outright enable — abusive traffic patterns from its large enterprise customers.

I had suspicions for a while, but now everything makes sense. Instead of a fair and transparent service, I ended up being a victim of systemic abuse, and CDN77 has done nothing to address or prevent this.

In my opinion: avoid this provider at all costs unless you want to see your money vanish through dishonest practices.

I love CDN77, using it for over 6 years now and was never disappointed. We have many marketing and e-commerce projects running and they are accelerated by CDN77 worldwide. Really great and reliable service. We have never had any downtime and don't expect any. The API is also great because you can automate a lot of things with it. Keep it up!

I was looking for a CDN in 2018. I tried a Dallas based outfit where I live that was a disaster. They had real problems with SSL Certificates. We lost many hours trying to get their CDN online.

When we started with CDN77, the Content Delivery Network concept was completely new to us. CDN77 helped us a lot in the beginning. The tutorials are good to follow and the support of CDN77 was very helpful.

We have been with CDN77 for a few years now. We do not need support that often. That is mainly because the platform interface is very clear and easy to use.

But if there is something, we have noticed, the support department responds very quickly and adequately, even in the evening and on the weekend we have noticed.
