Very bad experience.Because of late delivary i cancelled my product and now they are charging me 389dkk shipping charge where the prodcut price is 1285dkk.Its really sad and bad experience

It is not possible to choose the delivery method or pick-up location, and it keeps on changing even when I buy the same item. With the latest purchase I had to go so far away to pick up the package that I regretted buying it online.

Everything was fine
Everything was fine, delivery and email updates and all that....but the product...(some sort of make up mirror) still had old make up and finger prints from the person who returned it (i am assuming) what the f! If you are returning a product clean that b#@ch right! Or at least have a little butchers at it in the returns department before sending it out again. Could not be botherd to send it back and all that! Cleaned it myself, gave it to the wife (she thought it was alright) so....wasnt gonna say nowt but you guys wanted a coment so here ya go!
