I had one order and after 4 days they canceled the order because the product is not in stock.Until waiting the delivery,l missed 15% discount for similar item from another seller.Avoid this company,better buy direct from the basic seller.

Recently I purchased a xiomi pro 2 motor from this merchant (migystore) and found faulty product. I found they are not professional and I just wasted my time to communicate with them and lots of extra money to repair their faulty product.

Poor Customer Service. No sense of responsibilty.
I purchased a product from CDON and it has a defect.
Receipt of purchase is available and the product(defective part) is under garantee period.
CDON doesn't take responsiblity and they simply refer me to their distributor/supplier. while the distributor is not responsive either.
DON'T FALL IN CDON s TRAP!

This is pure RUBBISH! How can you put a tracking number to a place that has no address? Am supposed to go to parcelshop. It takes me to GLS site. 00857007215173820765. I put it all the tracking numbers, parcel numbers, order numbers. None exists! I guess this site is a scam!

Day 2! No update! No message! All links from the bunch of numbers they sent me, db schenker, GLS etc says my package is in borås! Borås where? The street? The sky? The gutter? Where????????? Is this supposed to be a treasure hunt? If you were so not reliable, why not say so? So me and my child have to sleep on a carpet another night like homeless people. You have no emergency customer service till 3-4days time! BRAVO! My email yesterday says i should go and get it in a nameless place. Further searches on cdon says expected delivery is 5th of may. You must be joking. Policy states that if i dont pick up my item, i will be debited 150kr. Cdon this will not go well for you. This is not ok!

Find your address in the shipping info. What is the shipping info? A bunch of random numbers. Not even a phone number? Is this a game?i am very angry

First of all , it doesn't say anywhere that the mobile is a used one. I paid for a new mobile price , and I got a used one.
The package was not from samsung , there wasn't any official samsung papers inside , the charger was clearly used one , with marks and scratches on it.
And inside was just a paper written in Spanish.
So I would say that was the worst buy I have ever done.
Plus with what happened, I have lost my trust to your site , and I have bought more products from you in the past.
Also , I had to pay 300 kronors to return the product , because I had to send it in Spain , which is not written anywhere , when you buy it. I don't understand why I have to pay for this cost , when is clearly not my fault , that you tried to sell me something else , except the one is written in your website.

Acceptable experience. I ordered the item and got it without issue but it was a pretty unclear experience about when or where my item would end up.

This is a great online shop and the numbers of goods are beyond my imagination. I could find everything and whatever I wanted. There are many things for everyone and I ordered a Huawei GT4 Classic watch at a 2679 kr price and it is quite cheaper than what I was seeing in other shops.
The delivery time is fast and the goods look exactly like on their websites and I like the fact that we have our own Alibaba like in China or Amazon like in the USA. Good for you that you exist in Scandinavia!

I ordered a product, payed, and been trying to talk to customer service without any luck. They don't answer and I still haven't received my product. Thinking about taking this further as this is the poorest customer service i've ever experienced.

It is almost five months, i have bought slime, 378 kr and still in converstion with them. They delivered to post office. after one month and then returned it back. The money i paid is still not returned. Please take care to buy product from this!!

I ordered robovaccum cleaner as a christmas present one month before christmas. After some emails, I heard from CDON customer that the product was stolen at service point. And after, CDON made a new order for me, but that one still didn't arrive by the Christmas. I made the full payment to Qliro, and I want to cancel my order as it was lately arrived, but so far i didn't receive my money yet.
