Very bad experience.Because of late delivary i cancelled my product and now they are charging me 389dkk shipping charge where the prodcut price is 1285dkk.Its really sad and bad experience

Do NOT recommend
Do NOT recommend! Charger does not fit good enough in the phone. It has to be in a certain angle or else it does not charge. Once attached in the right position, one must not move the phone as it will stop charging.

Shipped one instead of two and broken product
I had ordered two Lumie Zest wake-up lights at over 2000 sek each. They were shipped from The Netherlands. Only one of them was delivered in the shipment. The delivery note stated that the package contained two.
The package for one that was delivered had already been opened and moreover it does not work. It won’t charge and is 100% dead.
Seriously. My first time buying from CDON and certainly my last time.
The Dutch company handling the order is called Vacati.

Yeelight is terrible
I bought a yeelight (Ceiling Light C2001R900), it doesn't compatible with the current socket, which is quite general in Sweden with a hook on the ceiling. I need to remove it and connect the cables to yeelight backboard following the manual, and the backboard needs four screws which means drilling in the ceiling.
After I did all the things above, I realized the hooks for mounting the shade to the backboards are broken, not only one hook, but almost all the hooks.
I reported this and didn't get any response from the seller for two weeks! And then they said this lamp is sold out and they can't send me spare parts of the hooks, and they said they don't know when they get the product again!
It's a terrible shopping!
