Not recommended for international buyers - Unprofessional communication

I recently tried to purchase a guitar from Cedar Rock Studio. Despite their website claiming "Worldwide Shipping" and accepting international payments, my experience was deeply disappointing.

Ignored Inquiries: They ignored my questions regarding the guitar's condition and CITES (Brazilian Rosewood) shipping.

Unprofessional Accusations: I offered to pay via Wise in full. Because the shop owner lacked knowledge of how Wise works, they wrongly accused me of being a scammer.

Ghosting: To accommodate them, I created a Reverb account. They refused due to fees, promised to "send an invoice tomorrow," and then completely ghosted me.

I spent a lot of time and effort accommodating the time difference, only to be met with a lack of basic business etiquette. International buyers should be very cautious.
