Lovely place but avoid ground floor
Although the hotel itself, the rooms, the staff and the breakfast are all lovely - the ground floor rooms are all joining either the reception or dinning area.
As a result - very noisy.
I like to sleep in but was often woken up 7/8am when the morning shift came in and would talk loudly or even argue with night shift!
Definitely stick to 2nd floor or take earplug.
