I have a strimmer plus 2 batteries plus charger which are seldom used, for about 5 years. The charger is dead. But the very belated response from support is," we can not help. "
So I have to throw away a perfectly good tool plus 2 perfectly good batteries because the charger is defunct and no replacement available.
This is particularly annoying as I went out of my way to buy a uk product.

I've purchased from this company a number of time over the years now.

I don't have a lot of room for. storage, so their all-in-one approach to modular tools allows me to have every tool I need to hand, while maintaining a minimal footprint in my tiny abode.

I use their Power8WorkshopPro regularly, mostly for the tablesaw and drill press functions, and it is robust and

There is a little lateral movement on the drill when in the press, which renders it less accurate than ideal, but if compensate for this drift if works as expected.

Ive purchase additional accessories too: the mains adapter, the fast charger, addition batteries.

I've also been waiting a while (excessively so) for re-stock of their impact driver, which I think with be a fantastic and invaluable addition to the set.

Their customer service are friendly and helpful, and often go above and beyond to help resolve any issues.

More recently, I purchased a vacuum head for the kit. It was a B-Grade unit so had a few issues: one of which was the angle adjustment button, which had broken inside.

I contacted CEL, and they immediately 3D printer me a replacement (they also sell 3D printers) and sent me instructions on how to replace it.

The item now has full functionality.

I can't recommend this company enough, and I hope they develope their product line in the future.
