Once was Fun, Now Just Hate

The site used to be fun but in the last couple of years turned into a virtual hate speech site focused on proving that Meghan Markle is a martyred saint and Prince William and his wife, Gran, and mother in law Satan's minions on earth. It's not gossip: it's a gathering place for the obsessed. It's joyless, stale, one-sided, often factually incorrect, and, for all its SJW grandstanding, riddled with misogyny. Some of its posters sound like they need meds, spewing opinions unbelievably detached from reality, especially where Markle and the BRF are concerned. It's the poster illustration of what happens when you start taking yourself too seriously.

Kaiser ruined the site

Site has been completely wrecked by chief writer, Kaiser, who is a vicious and stupid person. Mostly the site has become an online shrine to Meghan Markle and Kaiser's weird obsession with her. Anyone with anything interesting to say was banned long ago and now there is only a small handful of participants, all regurgitating Kaiser's opinions. The site owners wouldn't need to go on Twitter and beg people to make comments if they hadn't let Kaiser ban everyone. Site deserves to go under ASAP.

Unprofessional, hateful posters

The site's mantra is that the Royal Family "coulda had a bad b****" which is offensive, and is just another example of how unprofessional and clueless the posters are.

Kaiser didn't bother to cover Beyonce's Disney deal, someone she has stanned for hard in the past.
They all believe their favorite should have gotten it, so they'll even throw Bey under the bus.
These people are completely ridiculous, doxxing people who post stuff about Megsy. The poster Aria went after Sasha Exeter's mother, a Black woman, in the aftermath of the Mulroney business, because they wanted to protect their favorite. She and the one calling herself notasugarhere are completely disgusting.

I was banned by Kaiser for pointing out a verifiable incorrect statement while commentators attacking me over it were never reprimanded . Most likely because they agreed with the wrong statement . Celebitchy or better Kaiser will not allow any comment that goes against the groupthink . This conduct created a toxic echo chamber .

Horrible site

Horrible site. Filled with bullies. The "articles" are filled with misinformation due to Kaiser's prejudice and hate filled rhetoric. I'm amazed it hasn't been shut down. Hateful people and incredibly immature behavior that not only goes unchecked but is actually encouraged. Give it a hard pass.

Same/same

I can only echo the above. I found this site after googl’ing “celebitchy Markle biased” because I was just curious what the agenda was. I still don’t know the “why” but it is validating to see that others have noticed this too. I was banned twice. First, for pointing out that they were calling Meghan both a strategic genius who shows up PREPARED with a long game in mind, and saying she was so innocent and was completely caught of guard by finding out she was marrying Harry. They weren’t giving her credit for being an adult with a functioning brain. I was standing up for her. They just want her to be a victim. The second time I was basically the same thing. Like. “I’m sure she has hired good legal representation and trusts their counsel.” Not allowed. I also got deleted for saying that staying in Tyler Perry’s house where they were in full view of passers by and accessible to paparazzi was not in line with the blog about escaping the media in America. Meghan has to be pitied as a brainless, hapless, damsel in distress victim. I find it potentially sexist and racist...I can’t speak to their agenda.

Why do they care what the content of comments are if they are kind and sensible?

They constantly malign the Daily Mail and link click through a there. Long story short, they are oddly and extremely Meg obsessed, but very restricted to allowing anyone to talk about her as a real person who can goodly the royal family or hire a decent lawyer. Make a post congratulating her for being a lobotomized victim of Will and Kate (no Harry, he’s also lobotomized), cry about her being a victim, or get deleted/banned.

I used to follow the website for years and it was just a fun gossipy place. I recognised many of the commentators and people would disagree but there was respect for differing views. It changed in the last few years. Huge focus on the British Royals. The comments are repetitious. If you are looking for a site to check out cancel culture- voila.

Horribly inaccurate

Probably one of the most biased, uneducated celebrity gossip websites out there. God forbid if you shine so light on their inaccurate posts or go against the comments. The majority of their posts are about the British royals, which don't apply to the US readers... they love to speculate on how Kate is feeling based on the amount of blush she wears. It's ridiculous! It says "escapism can be smart," but I haven't seen any evidence of their so-called intellect.

This was the only celebrity website I…

This was the only celebrity website I read for years, because of its smart, funny writing and feminist content. I was recently banned for asking an innocuous question that apparently went against the groupthink. I can only imagine how many other people Kaiser has banned so as to shape the commentary according to her own beliefs. The deplatforming of loyal readers is boring and childish. Sadly, the frustration of former readers only gives Kaiser oxygen and she is surely happy to see us leave. Bye.

Intellectually dishonest, mean-spirited gossip blog

Extremely interesting reading the reviews and correlates with my own experiences entirely. Yes, this site is intellectually dishonest, nasty, exclusive and the worst double standards you will see from a so-called "liberal" forum. I do confess that as a Brit I do not have any admiration for Kate Middleton and have found some of the blogs and comments to be quite rightfully discerning of her (if you can look past the school girl level of writing and copy pasted journalism), and also it calls out the media's double standards of their treatment of Kate vs Meghan. However, like other readers, when I have expressed mild criticism of Meghan Markle, I received vicious backlash and was called racist, even though I myself am mixed race. I personally think that MM could focus less on her self-absorbed, shallow feminism lecturing and more on racial injustice. Even the Princess Martha of Norway released a heartfelt statement on the recent George Floyd tragedy...yet silence from MM. She is not one to really put her neck on the line for harder-hitting issues that may call for her to really identify with her black side. It is irrational that the CB site puts her on this saintly pedestal simply because she is bi-racial and speaks about feminism. Although Meghan was a victim of the media and has worked harder in her life than Kate, that doesn't make her immune from criticism. I also recently got blocked it seems, for posting a comment disagreeing with some mean and immature remarks made about Madonna's son dancing to a Michael Jackson song in protest over George Floyd. These people who consider themselves to be progressive and feminist were deriding Madonna, calling her a "sad old woman", and accusing her of exploiting her black son. What was she supposed to do, keep quiet and not use her platform to share his clearly spontaneous gesture? And was he supposed to not dance but be out looting instead? This is a site for people who look to quickly cast aspersions and judgment, label and name-call - it's really just a smear factory.

Update: Meghan Markle did in fact eventually give a speech on the George Floyd/BLM matter but I found it very contrived and it did not alter my opinion of her substantially. No doubt it was praised to the hills on Celeb Bitchy!

Celebitchy is racist

Lol celebitchy says they are liberal and often says that trump silences the voice of poc. I'm a poc and I dont live in usa but I'm studying politics and america is very much an interesting topic for very politics science students because of what is happening . But when I dont agree with her view of joe Biden she blocked and her followers used racial slur at me. Very pathetic and they are thinking that they are fighting good fight. They are no better than trump who attack anyone who oppose him and these so called feminist and liberals are doing the same. They both are karen and deserve eachother. They dont like when I challenge them with facts that same racial riots happens with obama administration and Harvard professor louis gates jr who got falsely arrested during obama admissions. I point this out and they block me. If you dont believe me check out PBS documentary on undivided and how trump used that opportunity for his campaign. It's in youtube. F$&& celebitchy so called fake liberals and feminist who cant even criticisms. fact these thing will make trump elect because your fake liberal stupidity . When you mock trump with facts then you should have same thick skin when ppl oppose your view with facts. FYI = I'm central liberal I dont insult people when I dont agree with their point of view . In my country too far left and their stupidity make me hard to support them because of their stupidity in my country ring wing in power in almost all offical government post. These so called crazy feminist and far left who insult and use racial slur when it suited them leads ppl to trump , boris , Philippines guy, Hungary fellow, and modi in india. These crazy ones for responsible for these guys getting elected when ppl who wants to support their liberal cause like equal pay , equal rights to poc and police brutality etc. But these ppl and their nonsense alienate sane person like me . Right is insulting me as left and far left is insulting me as stupid because disagree with them. These things will leads to more division and their head cant see they are the cause for these nutjobs getting elected.

Mean Girls for Grown Women

Supposedly a celeb gossip site, but now on a par with The Daily Mail. Weirdly obsessive and possessive of Meghan Markle. Openly hostile and aggressive about The Queen and Kate Middleton. Supposedly anti bullying - but that is only if you agree with Chandra aka Kaiser. It’s her way or your comments get deleted and you get blocked. Claims to hate The Daily Mail but all her posts are copied and pasted from The DM followed by a bitchy comment by Kaiser. Kaiser really needs to get a life and stop her creepy obsession with the BRF. It’s borderline psychotic.

Faux intellectualism

I swear Celebitchy is run by a group of teenagers who pretend to be woke 30 something's with degrees. From the content, it reminds me very much of a teenage girls fan fiction site. Lots of other irrational, salivating teenage girls have come to join in and anyone who dares suggest that any of their favourites are anything but perfect will be eaten alive.

Just like in teenage girls fantasies, every little piece of info is over analysed to see how it can be twisted to fit into their dream.

Their fan fiction is aimed at Harry & Meghan. Don't dare call them out or ask for facts or sources to back up what they're saying though. I witnessed someone get torn to shreds for daring to request sources, despite the fact they're such amazing intellectuals (apparently). Turns out no sources existed.

If you repeat the same information enough, eventually people will start to believe it's true, which is what happens on Celebitchy. The odd person who is capable of critical thought might challenge this information and ask for solid facts but they'll be beaten down, their comments deleted and they'll probably be blocked.

They completely hate William and Kate and if you leave a comment with anything too kind about them, you can expect plenty of abuse, if your comment isn't deleted. I guess to complete the fantasy of perfect Harry & Meghan, they need their evil foe.

William & Kate are terrible people according to Celebitchy. They'll be torn apart for just about everything they do but if Harry & Meghan do the same thing, then it's ok because somehow they deserve to? Pap strolls would be one example of that. W&K are terrible if they do such a thing but H&M are smart for doing so. They have a theory that William cheated on Kate and the true feminists that they are make out that she surely deserves it. Their reason for hating Kate that much that they have such strong feelings? Nobody seems sure but they do and she's terrible and we should just believe them.

All the other articles on the site are just fillers, in the hope you won't notice that it's actually a Harry & Meghan fan site. They get barely any comments or interest, unless it's about the other Royals, in which case they're all terrible too.

Save your brain and read one of the many other celebrity gossip blogs out there.

Kaiser hates on W + K so much

Kaiser hates on W + K so much, it is so creepy how anytime there is bad press on H and M she is the first to release a counter-argument or defense as if she personally knows them. I am starting to get the vibes that she is brown-nosing her way to become friends with them. I notice a passion of hate for Kate when I personally never seen Kate as conniving or cruel in all the years that she's been in the public eye. Celebitchy is realing trying to ignite the race war between the royals, and honestly, I am not here for it. Meghan has never promoted the fact that she was bi-racial. Ever. Only when it socially and politically gives her an advantage it is somehow a convenient narrative. I feel so bad for Harry, through all of this he's lost his mom, family, and any sense of dignity. M is not as smart as she thinks she is, the royals are the real life version of game of thrones.

I was banned from the site and accused…

I was banned from the site and accused of 'being a racist" because I stated that I did not like Harry and Megan M so much anymore as I had a little bit of "poor me vibes" from them, I do not wish them anything bad though...and I compared them to the Obama's stating my admiration for them as a couple, as they are very active in their communities during these challenging times.
I really think this site is extreme as you cannot disagree with the main writer of this site "kaiser".
I was banned after that and did not have the basic rights to respond politely.

I used to enjoy reading the comments

I used to enjoy reading the comments, even the crazy ones. But during the past couple of years all balance and humor has gone out the door and this place is just not fun any more. If you're into outrageous conspiracy theories, delusion and general ridiculousness, however, Celebitchy is the place for you!
