I only wear Celebrity Pink jeans. I currently have about 15 pairs of them & some shorts, too. I always buy from Macy’s over the years. I ended up losing 50 lbs so I had to buy all new CP jeans in a much smaller size. I found a pair at TJ Maxx. I ended up ordering 6 more pairs from Macy’s in a crazy variety of colors last month. While waiting for my order to come in, I wore my ones from TJ Maxx for the second time. The back bottom seams on both sides of pockets completely came a part. I can’t wear them anymore. I reached out to CP on fb messenger & on IG Messages, but I never got a response on either.
I was a little hesitant to keep my 6 new pair of jeans wondering if the quality declined. They ended up being big so I ordered them in smaller sizes & had others ones shipped back. Stores were closed so I couldn’t purchase or return in store.
I’ve worn only a couple pair of new ones so far. I ended up ordering the same beet root color I once had in a much bigger size. Someone pointed out to me that there was a big rectangle area where the color was distorted within minutes of me putting them on. Upon looking, I realized it was where the sticker you put on the front leg is that left the odd different color shape. I tried washing them twice to see if the marks would go away, but they won’t. Unfortunately, Macy’s doesn't have these on their website anymore for me to return for a new pair.
I’m really hoping that CP can replace these jeans for me. I’m not sure how else to get a hold of them. I cannot find an email address where I can send them pictures of these issues. I filled out their generic “form” on their new website which I wasn’t able to find in June.
Considering I’ve been a long time customer for years & am super faithful to this brand (even buy my teenage daughters their jeans & shorts for years too), I’m really hoping Celebrity Pink will help me resolve these issues.
I was going to give them more stars, but a company shouldn’t be this hard to get a hold of. Especially on social media.
