We bought a 2 person sauna here in 2016. It was great customer service. 3 weeks ago Nov 15th 2024. I called to get product support since it is lifetime parts and I hit a brick wall.
It was freaking surprising to find out that because I moved 2 years ago my warranty is void! Remember it just stopped working 3 weeks ago!!! Common sense says it needs replacement not a void warranty..
Does this company NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT? LIFETIME WARRANTY IS LIFETIME!! What a company if this is an excuse to not cover a product they have faith in. What if I moved it from room to room? Couldnt i break it then???The concept of this is functionality so what business is it if I move.
I am really turned off and would warn others of this. Very disappointed at this company scam to not be accountable.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Cannot recommend them, or my sauna (my beloved Orion) enough.

I would have to say that Celebration Saunas is the place to buy your next sauna. The customer service is top notch. I needed this sauna for our 20th anniversary and they promised a delivery by the promised to expedite it and was going to be tight, it arrived a day early. It was very well packaged and in great shape. The delivery was a breeze and we were very impressed with the way it installed and came together. I was a little apprehensive about putting it together by myself but the instructions and wiring are simple and self-explanatory. The functionality is easy and we use it every day. The health benefits are readily noticeable. More energy, clearer skin, thinking clearer, less stress and anxiety, better sense of well being, breathing better, better circulation and vascularity, and body fat seems to be melting off incredibly fast, I can see veins now that I haven’t seen in years. This is truly one of the best investments we have made and if it’s for your health it’s totally worth every cent. Thank you! Evan & Jessica

I ordered my vega sauna on December 22nd and I had it set up and was using it on Christmas day. Seriously, the service was incredible. I really felt like the most important customer in the world to them. I did pay for the white glove delivery and I'm so glad that I did. The guys from Celebration Saunas delivered, unpacked, set up and showed me how to use my sauna in the space of 2 hours. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Saturn infrared sauna late in October and after a good month of testing, I'm happy to say that there was no catch for the amazing service I received. Katie, the sales person, was really good and answered all my questions. She was so knowledgeable that I gave her my business even after committing to another company. I had hoped I wasn't just being juped and thankfully, I wasn't.

I ordered the white glove delivery which means I didn't set it up myself. But the two guys from celebration Saunas did am amazing job amd even helped me sweep up afterwards and rearrange my hue lights to really make my sauna look like a spa in my home.

The sauna is great and while I'm only starting to see the benefits now, I'm definitely feeling a lot better.

I'd highly recommend Katie and her team. I have a feeling that they're a small outfit due to the amazing attention to detail amd cate provided. I literally felt like the most important customer they ever had. Buying a $4000 sauna online, I'd want to be! Only too happy now to lend my reputation amd good name to endorse celebration Saunas. I remember when all businesses used to operate like this. It's great to see one that still does.
