Do not use this website, worst company I have ever dealt

The worst company I have ever dealt with, preordered and fully paid for an item Nov 2023 for release early 2024. It's the middle of 2026 and still no item. Worst customer service ever where they don't update you with change of release date, you only hear from them if you contact them first and then they give you a new release date. This keeps changing every 3/4 months but you only know if you contact them. Finally had enough so asked for a refund....... Same again, constantly chasing them as they have no communication skills and eventually after 2 months from 1st asking I finally got it
