If I could I would give 0 stars such bad customer service. Incredibly rude. I made an order and the delivery service wrote completely wrong the details I gave them, so they didn't deliver my package. There was no update, no message nothing, I discovered this randomly due to a long period passing. I went to the delivery company's office and they didn't give me the package. They now said it will be delivered after 4 days. They were so rude telling me I've written the details wrong but I have proof from my order approval email when I originally made the order that everything is written correctly.

Ordered and was told 2-5 working days for delivery. I contact the courier company as there is no update for 5 days. They said it was Celestino for the delay and it was still in Athens. I contact customer support and they didn't listen to me, made little to no effort to resolve the issue and had a bad attitude. TERRIBLE EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

What I like about CELESTINO is their customer support really tries to help solve any problems.
I like how quickly they manage to get my orders to me.
I’m pleased with most of their clothing.
My biggest and only criticism is their sizing can be very off, even when checking the sizing charts. I always buy one size up. Their cotton t-shirts are often made where the body fitting but the arms are too tight to wear. I don’t know if they are selling ‘seconds’ or if their factory was at fault.
I can never seem to find where to leave item reviews. That annoys me.
Overall I give them five stars.

I would give this shop ten stars. Very quick sending, returned items always taken care of quickly. Very friendly customerservice too.

I have purchased clothes from Celestino more than once and each time I have been very impressed with the service and value for money. The items were delivered extremely quickly, the one size items fit me (size 14/ 42), and the one item I returned was credited to my account and the money automatically deducted from my next order.

I've been trying to pay my order more than twelve times... Not only I didn't manage to pay but also I also I lost one pair of trousers of the wanted size because I was very slow!! as they informed me. I'm very angry and I'll never try to buy again from their online shop.

Celestino has a nice selection of items at low prices. The delivery is fast, whenever I have returned an item, the money is refunded very quickly back to my account. I have no complaints.
