STAY AWAY FROM CELINK IF YOU CAN

STAY AWAY FROM CELINK IF YOU CAN! Someone dear to us passed away and left us their home via Trust. Unfortunately they had a reverse mortgage on the home managed by Celink. Over the course of the next six months or so, we reached out to Celink multiple times to try and both obtain information, as well as provide information to them. We found that it took forever to get through the automated answering system to reach a human being. Once we did reach a human being, we struggled to understand what they were saying and they us, because they hire non US personnel to answer their phones. THIER IDEA OF SERVICE IS PATHETIC!
