I paid $50 for overnight shipping. 3 days later i finally got the tracking number. It is now due to arrive a full week later. If I would have known I would not have bought with them. The return policy is the worst I have ever seen.

Purchased devices for employees that were advertised as new. Products arrived used (and in rather poor condition, certainly not refurbished). Company has been giving me the runaround and seems like the only option is to pay out of pocket to return and likely then fight them over the amount they decide to keep.

Should have done my research, this seems like standard operating procedure for them. If you filter by verified reviews you see that all their actual customers are 1-2 stars and they've just added several hundred fake 5 star reviews to increase their rating.

Eventually had to get the credit card company involved. Once the devices were returned customer service has gone nonresponsive. So far they've at least once lied and provided falsified documents in the chargeback claim.

Don't expect them to put effort into anything other than stealing your money.
