Cant believe I'm here to say that I had a pleasure of doing business with cell2get! I have had trouble getting the phone I wanted and these guys made it possible for me. Thank you.

Ordered from them several times and did not have any issues. Customer service and representative were genuine and prices are fair for what's out there on the market for phones.

Throught all my time buying from them I never had one single issue. They have always given me top notch customer service even throughout the weekend via email support. Products come as advertised and I'm happy with every purchase I made with them.

Absolutely great! There was a hiccup in the shipment at first. USPS almost sent my product back to Noble Planet, not being able to read my address. All was resolved and I received it an extra day later. Everything in the item box was there, and in “new” condition as stated in the product summary.

I placed an order for an unlocked phone and was sent a network-locked unit. CSR offered a refund, but I still have to pay to return the unit. The Device was also refurbished, but that wasn't mentioned in the sales listing anywhere. Order 91259

The company sent me a verizon phone without advertising that the phone was a verizon phone. Their customer service said their email said the phone was Visible so "go fornicate yourself." Only he used a shorter word beginning with f.

Have been such a success purchasing from them and for my friend a phone. Both came brand new as advertised, prices are fair, customer service was helpful and straight forward.

Melvin was great to communicate with, great quality phones and reasonable prices. Had to get a replacement phone quickly and Melvin helped me out there.

Can't thank them enough for all the support and business that these guys have done with me personally and my company throughout the years. I have been buying phones from them myself for me and my employees in need, and cell2get has always been a pleasure to deal with.

Most awesome experiences every time I work with the Cell2get team at this website via their email support! They are professional, very knowledgeable and truly listen to the customer's needs to ensure their satisfaction. Marvin and Wilson really knocked it out of the ballpark on this particular situation, resolving some lingering concerns from issues I encountered at a different service center on my last upgrade. I so appreciate these folks, and Cell2get is very fortunate to have them on their team.

I had placed an order for a phone and fortunately they initially sent me the wrong phone but after contacting their customers service and filing a return request on the website for a exchange, the process was quick and painless and within the same week I received the phone I wanted :)

The staff are very enthusiastic and patient when i called in for questions. Other stores recommended me to purchase the phone i wanted from cell2get because most stores out there dont carrie phones that were released a year ago, only they helped me complete my satisfaction, let me keep the previous number with my usual simple card after I received the phone from them.

It was a great experience, I callef in and was helped immediately, the customer service person was very pleasant and helpful, and helped me ship my order ASAP

I have been only purchasing my phones from cell2get for the past 20 years. They have never let me down with their products and service.

Was dealing with the store manager assistant george. Excellent knowledge, quick help & follow up next day (after contacting them 3 days after I received my phone and that my service provider wouldn't help me get it up and running), if all is working and is correctly done.

Cell2Get sent the right phone but accessories were missing or downgraded from what was advertised under "Product Features" of the phone I ordered. An email reply and a phone conversation both said, "too bad, we sell overstock items. Return it if you're not satisfied." The box was missing ANY and ALL paperwork, the little pin to open the SIM port, and the advertised high-speed adapter promised as included in the purchase The adapter was a cheap foreign version with half the power of the one advertised on the Cell2Get page where I placed my order. When I checked the return policy, it said a 15% restock fee is charged for returns. Order at your own risk.

FOLLOW UP:
Cell2Get, Inc., after 3 weeks of email and phone exchanges, eventually sent the items that were missing in the initial package. The parts arrived in several partial mailings following my continued complaints.
Though they finally delivered the features promised on their website's cell phone description, it's doubtful I will do further business with Cell2Get.

Ordered a Usb modem and was exactly like was presented a new one and shipped on time. Melvin even went above and beyond when the postal service was running late and sent another one since I needed it for my trip! Great place to buy phones and all cellular items. You can count on cell2get! Excellent communication and easy to work with ,reliable and awesome knowledge of products!!

I ordered two phones with three-day delivery. After waiting a week I called cell2get and they said they would refund the shipping fee and overnight the phones, I would receive tracking info via email. Two days later I hadn't received tracking info, called, and I was told the exact same thing: they will overnight the next day, await the email. This happened three more times, finally the manager called me after I told cell2get I wanted a refund. He said I would be refunded. The phones arrived today (more than two weeks after my order), the refund hasn't been given so I'll keep the phones and the charges. The process was infuriating.
