Needed an unlocked device for international travel and Cellification delivered big time. Fast shipping and zero setup hassle, just pop in the SIM and go.

Honestly, one of the smoothest online tech purchases I've made. The device arrived sealed, fully functional, and exactly as described. Thumbs up from me.

Super easy ordering process and I got my phone within 3 days. It was unlocked and ready to use straight out of the box. Definitely coming back here for my next upgrade.

The slowest shipping procedure I've ever encountered. Don't expect your delivery quickly. 2 weeks to receive delivery is ridiculous. Never using Cellification again and advising others against it as well.

I ordered a Google Pixel 7a in Sea color, but the phone arrived in a plain white cardboard box with sticker marks and no branding whatsoever. The phone had no protective film and was simply wrapped in a loose plastic bag that wasn’t even sealed. The color is completely wrong — it’s a dark blue instead of the one I ordered.

There is no way to tell what this phone even is. How can I know it’s new and genuine? The box contained absolutely nothing — no receipt, no markings, no warranty, nothing at all. It honestly felt like someone just threw in their used phone. This is completely unacceptable, especially since the website didn’t mention anything about the phone being unboxed or not new.

I’m extremely disappointed with this store. It's a huge waste of time, and I sincerely hope I can return this item and get a full refund.

They cancelled my Order and give me no Reason

Found exactly what I needed for my elderly father who wanted a simple flip phone. The Verizon unlocked device works perfectly and the price was significantly lower than retail stores. Shopping experience was smooth from start to finish.

I emailed the company in regards to whether a couple of their products were actually new or brand new as advertised. I never got a reply answering my questions. Beware, that their products may not actually be as advertised. The company does not appear to be a BBB accredited business. Do a search on company name and BBB.

I did my order 04/04/2025, until today, after they sent a shipping information that was cancel for them before pickup by the carrier. Today 4/15/2025 I have do not any status order after calling them two time, after that I keep call with any successful information or status or refund. Or I lost my money ... I hope do not the last!

They "sold" me phone January 27 (and first of all take my money). January 30 the order was canceled by Cellification.com after start of fake USPS shipping. They said that phone was out of stock. Now February 9 but I still haven't money back. Seems, Cellification just stole my money.

Best in business! Cannot beat their prices and customer service. They offer a wide range of phones contract free and unlocked for any service. Phones come as advertised and packaged neatly to ensure safety for your item. They are truly on top of their game and I would gladly be coming for more.

I ordered a hotspot from Cellification and when I powered it up the unit was stuck in a boot loop and was unusable. They approved an exchange but the second unit I sent had a defective battery that was bubbling and not holding charge. Additionally, that unit wasn't unlocked even though I purchased an unlocked device. Overall I chose Cellification because of their low prices, but in the end I ended up spending more because of having to ship a defective unit back to them, purchase a new battery, and unlock the device myself. To me this is shady behavior.
