Service so bad, just paid off to get away from them

Paid off under protest. Collections told me my OIC was “submitted” and that during the shutdown they wouldn’t move on collections, even though fees would keep accruing. Days later, an “appraiser” showed up at my late father’s residence—and a $231.66 “appraisal fee” was added to the Final Payout amount that I kept asking for. They also relabeled a $188.96 ‘FPI’ fee that I questioned to ‘Late Charges’ which violated the no late fees greater than %5 terms of the loan. $400 was quoted as interest but in the final statement, only $240 of interest was applied. 45 days after being notified (both verbally and in writing) they still sent two certified mail addressed solely to my late father. One was to notify him that he was in violation of the terms of his loan and needed to either pay it in full or re-negotiate the terms of the loan. I filed regulatory complaints—get everything in writing and triple-check the math.

Warning ⚠️ predator lending annual fees and monthly fees per card!

I have been a long time customer they charge $125 annual fee per card and $15 monthly fee per card they don't give credit line increases when it is due! folks these are credit building cards and you should cancel them after a year after you have applied for a premium card like discover or Capital One, don't fall for the trap, I have two accounts with Continental finance Celtic bank I will be canceling one or both car in 6 months if these annual fees are monthly fees are not reduced or waived for a year ridiculous !this company is taking advantage of millions of people shame on you Celtic Bank greed is evil

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company. Doesn't matter your credit score, that all bills are paid on time, that you run a respectable business, they still turn you down. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Really a horrible experience…

Really a horrible experience with the application and lending process. The specialist was very dry and really not informative at all. While other lenders approve us Celtic just gave us a blank denial with no further explanation on the reasoning. Please look at other lenders before wasting your time with CELTIC.

Bluevine’s bank of biased decisions!

Nowhere else to go, On my last breath...
I’ve worked for my boss for almost five years now. He paid us the following week after businesses were ordered closed. We had 15-20 projects lined up to get started on. We were busy. Then sadly, Covid19 arrived.

Now, I Absolutely Positively Knew that he’d be approved for a PPP loan so we’d continue working. I just can’t believe he was denied because of his banking info. Hell, he could’ve used my bank if there were any discrepancies.

Although it’s a blessing,, IT BREAKS MY HEART 😩 when I see all the other happy people on here with approved funds that now has something to look forward to. We were left out as a company, employees, & U.S citizens.
Who do you call for help now. I don’t blame my boss. He works hard and has always been 💯 with me. I blame lack of integrity honesty, & personal biased opinions and decisions.
Hope someone understands!
