Not the best shame
I have used Celtic wind for at least 8-10 years .
I received a product , and then sent information and pictures , showing what I described as defective item
I have still not received a response or a new replacement product. .

The one star isn't aimed at you as a…
The one star isn't aimed at you as a company but merely the lack of clarity surrounding why you've stop selling your CBD Hemp Powder capsules throughout pharmacies in Ireland. I suffer with chronic pain and inflammation in my hip and ankle. Your product was the only one that helped me get a proper night's sleep in a very long time. I also suffer from very bad PTSD and social anxiety, when I took your capsules my whole body and mind felt better. I could talk infront of large groups of people. But all that is gone now. I'm back to being extremely anxious all the time as well in constant pain. The government banned CBD solely because the pharmaceuticals were losing out. Terribly disappointed.

Unfortunately the distribution in store is out of our control as we use distribution companies to distribute our products.
Recently we have changed from a powder filled capsule to liquid and this was planned for some time, to improve the product range for more bioavailability.
The product has now been enhanced through this upgrade and should allow the product to last longer, while still giving all of the natural compounds as the previous product.
We are sorry about the distribution, sometimes this happens when product lines are changed around in store and there can be a lack of that product for a period of time until the buyer gets a chance to purchase the new lines. The products are also available on many online stores.
If you would like to tell us which store you tried, we will contact them to see if they will list the new line.

Top quality products, great results & an ethical business!
Me & my partner have been using the muscle balm, body oil, lip balm & the multi-complex hemp oil for a number of weeks now.
My partner uses the muscle balm on his knees & has noticed the pain easing a lot. The lip balm is so hydrating, the best I’ve ever used. The body oil smells unreal & leaves my skin super soft.
You only need a small amount of each product so they last ages.
We will 100% be ordering again! The best CBD company we have used!

Nothing went wrong on yere side. It's the change from powder in capsules to oil. I was using oil but had to change to Celtic wind because the oil capsules was not agreeing with me. If ye had any old stock of the powder capsules I will definitely take them. But otherwise I will have to go back to old supplier & see can they get me powder capsules.
