Do not take your children to this company! They commit child abuse against children! They have committed abandonment, neglect, and malpractice against my 7 year old emotionally disabled child in Madison Indiana! I have attempted to get the chief executive officer of the company, along with the vice president of quality improvement, to fix their intentional harm to my child, by helping us relocate back to the city where my son was receiving therapeutic services in, before we moved to this city where they promise to provide services, and then failed to do so, only to be told by the CEO of centerstone that they would do nothing for us! They are being investigated by the state of Indiana and the cmhw director Julie bandy for abandonment of a patient! If they will harm one child, then they cannot be trusted with any others! Please warn other parents that this facility condones and facilitates abuse and abandonment of children!

I was a client of Centerstone, formerly Luton's Mental Health Center in Nashville, TN, and while it has been awhile, the damage they did to me was substantial! Lies, manipulation, saying I didn't do things like homework when I ALWAYS had my homework, petting and making Golden Children out of the more dangerous clients, and had I not escaped their abuse 3 years later I would have committed suicide. They humiliate, control, lie, and set impossible standards like YOU CANNOT MISS EVEN IF YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITAL and things like that. ALL THERAPISTS there are damaged! AVOID AVOID AVOID for your well-being! They are sadistic Narcissists and like to play God and humiliate people with their lies! Also, they use clients to work through their personal issues!!!
