If I could give 0 stars I would. Capilano properties manages some of the worst properties in Mesa. They charge the tenants for everything and still don’t properly fix things. I moved into my unit in Sept 2024 and it has been a horrible experience. Roaches in the apartments, plumbing issues, sewer water coming up in my tubs, toilets don’t flush, flood from rain. They don’t answer the office phones so I have to go into the office every prime I need to speak to someone. I’m over the company and the property. I’m ready to break my lease because paying $2200 a month and still having issues every week is ridiculous. Please do NOT move to Central On Broadway apts. you will regret it!
