I would never recommend choosing them as your PCP. My experience was terrible. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:45 PM, but the doctor called me at 5:37 PM. I had just gotten home, so I asked if they could call back at the scheduled time. The doctor agreed but never called back. By 6 PM, I called the office, only to be told that my appointment had been canceled because the doctor had already gone home. I had to reschedule, but the email they sent didn’t include an address. When I called to clarify, they said the appointment would be over the phone. Then, at the time of the appointment, their assistant called me back and told me I needed to come to the office in person. Completely unorganized and unprofessional!
