This company is a sham, they offer great rates to start with, however you will spend the next 4 weeks with them trying to change the nature of the deal and reduce the figures, they have a RICS valuation- they're not interested. We were 'agreed' in writing on 4 occasions but on each occasion this was a lie and rafts of further questions were asked. This happened to us at the point where the legals were agreed and completed. Century then changed the deal beyond recognition. So not only have we paid a valuation but also asked to undertake the legals prior to the deal being agreed. - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
