I had a very negative experience with Cenuta.
My first VPS worked for some time, then support effectively stopped maintaining the server while they continued charging me.
After that, I purchased a second VPS. The service was never activated, no IP address or access credentials were provided, and for more than a week support has only been giving promises like “tomorrow” or “soon”.
Refund requests are being ignored or delayed without any real resolution.
In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional behavior for a hosting provider. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values reliability, transparency, or customer support.
Be very careful before paying them.
