The advice and attention from Chris was first class. The products are amazing. Unfortunately the delivery to Scotland did not turn up on time and I was not advised that there was a problem which meant that I incurred the cost of the tiler for a day when the tiles had not been delivered. The team worked hard to resolve the problem.
We were impressed with the service we received from start to finish and also the quality of our flooring. We would recommend Ceramica and Stone unreservedly.

Service started ok but then got messy re delivery - changing day to suit delivery company at short notice, taking time off work to wait at home for delivery and it not arriving, all order not arriving at same time on rebooked day or at all and having to make arrangements for further drop off and person at home -felt like a shambles!!
