This is my fourth purchase from Sally and it wont be my last! Sally accommodated my own tardy gift buying by posting directly to the recipient and included my personal message on a gift card at no extra charge. The fairies arrived on time safely packaged and have been very gratefully received. Every garden deserves a ceramic crafts fairy!

Order the shy fairies,the fairy lady,and a fairy house, and oh my word, they are absolutely beautiful,so overwhelming they are and even more beautiful than shown in photo, they quality is excellent, they was going to be outside in my fairy garden, but there so beautiful, I have them showing in my room, a very gifted Lady the sculpture is, absolutely so happy with my purchases.so unusual they are. Made to perfection. Will certainly be ordering again. Many thanks.

Thank you Sally, received another number for our house, we already had one made a few years ago as we live on corner plot, so we asked Sally if she could make another number to go by our gate. The first one arrived damaged, so Sally made us a replacement immediately, that’s what I call excellent customer service. We have recommended Ceramic Crafts to our friends.

Sally's work is exception. We ordered two house signs from her. One for my mum with one of Sally's fantastic dragon signs and the other one we had custom made and couldn't be happier with the outcome! They are so personal and made with love and such skill. Sally remained in contact the whole time for our custom design and we would recommend ceramic craft to everyone!

I have ordered several times, sometimes for presents and always delighted. The goods are delivered well packed and have never had any problems. I love the fact that the pottery doesn't fade in the sun. Each piece is lovingly made and very good value for money.

Well I first discovered Shy Fairies on the Amazon website and I'm so glad that I did!. My first four fairies (intended as gifts) are all at home in my garden and they're not moving away! Once I discovered the full range of products that Sally makes I knew she had a new life long customer! Within weeks I had made a second purchase which Sally sent direct to my friend's home including a personalised gift card. My friend was equally delighted. The fairies came very well packaged with lots of protective bubble wrap, so no postage worries. These unique gifts are really lovely, they're quirky and I love the fact that they're all hand made so every one is ever so slightly different.

It was a pleasure to go into a working local pottery and see such a range of handmade products. Each a unique piece of art in its own right. An added bonus is that all items are frost proof. The shy fairy looks fab in my flower pot in the garden.
