Scammers !! I had a lifetime subscription and they banned me when i complained that it shouldn't expire

I have been enjoying the app for over 5years because I purchased a lifetime subscription but surprisingly I can't login anymore or do anything to it. I later realized my lifetime subscription was a sham & scam.
Am now using 'where is my droid' app and it is ok.

i owned lifetime license long time ago, now stopped working, scammer, stay away! They are theft!

Scam. Search for a more trustworthy company to protect your equipment.

Their product is a scam, they sold it for a lifetime support and then ask for money, how to trust people like that, there is a special place in hell for scammers like them

Same complaint as all the others. Breach of contract for lifetime license. Class action suit time :)

Cerberus wouldn't let me login and instead offered for me to update the app. So I reinstalled it. I still couldn't login and get an email saying they will honour my lifetime subscription... And then another email to offer me a subscription as they are lying b*******s.

I then can't delete the app because it's a device admin. Despite never logging into it, it suddenly wants me to login in order to deactivate it as an admin device. So I try to login on that page and lo and behold I can suddenly login long enough to deactivate it and delete the filthy waste of my phone space.

The app may be ok but I have no faith in the business ethics of these people and will never use their products again, and potentially other companies' products if they hire them.

I got scammed over lifetime license, two years ago they send me email my lifetime license will never expire, clowns. Never ever buy anything from them!

Yet another user who has had a paid lifetime licence revoked. Will never use this company's products ever again.

Another lifetime license revoked. They even sent a message a few days earlier saying they would not cancel licenses, then they did.

As for that one guy who posted a 5* review say we are all fakes. Ummm no. Yours is the fake review.

A few years ago I bought a lifetime license. Last December I got an email saying my license is about to expire.
Tried logging in to my account just to find out it has been deleted!
DO not buy their product!!!

Company revoked paid lifetime licences, scammers. Avoid and use anything else.

They are scammers, my lifetime license just expired.

Would never use this app again. I bought a lifetime license in 2014, thinking that lifetime meant... you know.... at least 6 years.

Then one day, Cerberus app stopped working on my phone and they emailed me telling my subscription expired.

I thought a mistake had been made, so I emailed support. And waited. And emailed again. And waited.

And they never replied. That was 3 months ago.

Come to find out, they cancelled EVERY SINGLE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP! Without any communication! What the heck?

Good thing that most of Cerberus's functionality is built in to Android Device Manager now. They are obsolete.

My account got deleted as well , although I purchased a "lifetime" liceanse a couple of years ago! Pretty bad, because I also received an information email a few years ago saying that Cerberus changed their subscirption model from one-time-payment to monthly or yearly fee but promised in that mail that all purchased licences will remain valid forever....

They didn't even sent an offer or anything else now, just a mail with 2 lines, saying the the service will expire (in acutally 0 days). Thanks Cerberus for treating your current customers that bad!

And to my previous speaker here: I'm 100% certain that it's just not only the same person posting. At least with me, we are already 2. I also felt like I need to post now to warn others and therefore took the step (hurdle) to register here now, only because I'm so angry!! So yes, when everything was good, no need for me to post or comment something and to register, but now it's really "worth" it to register and do this one and only post on this platform.
Be happy until it also hits you with your "lifetime" license.

ive had my membership for 9+ years now and have never had anything but good come of it. and i have never gotten any email saying that would be changing at any point in time. seems to me like the over 200 reviews on here may be from 1 extremely bored and disgruntled person (who should get a goldfish or something) since they are all about the same supposed issue and are the only review left on this platform ever by most of the fake people

Decided to stop service without notice. After paying for lifetime. Totally unprofessional. Do not buy anything from them.

Beware, Don't trust this company. I loose my lifetime warranty. It can happen to you too. You could loose all you protection too.

Scam. Same situation as others. Simple theft.
