From the first point of contact with Amanda the help from herself and Lesley to make our family holiday one to remember was top notch, the villa Albumar was beautiful we couldn’t fault anything, the new pool lined was an added bonus, the only negative on arrival was a broken toilet seat and door handle but nothing that affected our stay, the villa was meticulously clean from top to bottom, the personalised bedding and towels was a lovely touch, there was absolutely everything there that a family would need, very close to the marina and taxi stop, my son his wife and my grandchildren stayed in the coloured apartments opposite so we were all close together, we are planning our next holiday already and will definitely be going through Cerro Novo again, nothing was too much trouble for Amanda even visiting us when we couldn’t find our bin!!

Avoid this Company. First night we arrived there was human waste coming up showers and toilets the smell was in villa for most ofvthevstay and after the stay the took deposit off us for marks on a pool table we have a video of with no mark and said there was a crack on a fridge tray.

Multiple issues around villa. Electical wires handing out everywhere 2 shutters not working on ground floor and one window would not close on ground floor also. No outdoor light working to enjoy the evenings.

Told management that the aircon wasn't working and done nothing causing my one year old baby to voimit with heat at night.

Paid big money for a terrible experience.

Whole family was really upset and disappointed.
