The team of Joe and Aidan worked extremely hard in order to find a job that suited me. Further even with a minor hiccup in timings they worked tirelessly in order to make it right. Essential part of the recruitment process

Georgia reached out via LinkedIn and was super responsive from the beginning, and was super keen to get to know me and how I could work with the role she was recruiting for. She was always super engaging and excited for me and the journey I was embarking on as a university student. I was always kept in the loop between discussions and I really appreciated the check ins before and after interviews the their client.

Very poor with communication, think some need to go back into training! Doesn’t look good for the company.

I applied for a few jobs across other recruitment agencies and I can confidently say that Certus have by far been the best. My experience with Certus was mixed. I came from a recruitment background and then moved into IT Sales. The start of the process was straight forward, setting up interviews etc. When it came to offer stage that's when things went wrong. My recruiter Justin withheld information from the client so I would not take another offer. The client offered me the role in the final interview but when it came to sending out the contract there were delays because the MD wanted to give the role to another candidate. Justin had this information, rather than sharing it with me he told me a version of the truth which was that "there is a junior internal candidate that they have to interview as part of the process but don't worry the role is yours". That was a lie, the candidate was external, they offered him I didn't get the role and in turn turned down another offer with a different company. I had to speak directly with the client to get all the facts. Overall it was a poor level of service and I wasted my time. Be wary when dealing with Certus. Questionable morals which gives recruiters a bad name

Aiden and Catlinn both assisted me all the way through super responsive all the times and helped me prep every interview accordingly. I would suggest to anyone to get in touch asap they are amazingg !!!

Had a great experience through Certus. Aidan, George and Mason were a massive help throughout with setting up interviews, preparing for said interviews, and generally being on the ball with providing support every step of the way resulting in me landing a great job. Would recommend
