Efficient help
Got in touch when my shoes had got some holes on the sides where the shoe creases (the plastic had loosened from the fabric). A new order was placed the same day, also got a discount code. Amazing and efficient help!

I am sorry to say, but I ordered sunglasses- the quality was good, but the doesn‘t fit me! So I have to send it back! I have to pay 31,98€ for the Return! 2 times shipping! This is a very high price for a Return! I would never order again.

Good quality and service
This was my fifth time ordering from the site. I love everything about the clothes, both the fit and comfiness. The shipping has been really fast. The last time i ordered I had to contact them because of an item with a wrong price. They wrote back right after and were super helpful and kind! I have never experienced such a good service before. Really recommend.

Love the design - hate everything else
Love the design, hate everything else unfortunately.
I purchased three different drops, the first, one in the middle and the lastest. Problems I had with every order:
- purchased pants & hoodie in the same color, color was different for both pieces so you couldn't wear them together
- logo & printings on unwashed, unworn pieces not done well or already peeling
- strings of poor quality
- returns only with UPS (approx. 12€) or you have to choose & pay yourself which is way higher price... my nearest UPS point is over an hour away so I have to pay super high retun fees on things that I return bcause they are poor quality, not just because I don't like them
- they tell you to not dry tumble but tbh, that's just an excuse fot bad quality... I have so many good quality & even not so good quality hoodies & joggers, they almost all do well with dry tumbling... the c'est normal pieces loose color & shape just after the first time in the drier
I wish they'd do better, really love the designs but can't pay that much money for such low value... I gave them so many chanced but it's just not worth the money

Purchased a white hoodie and when I unpacked it, it started filling my house with clothes lint (cloth dibrid).
After washing it, my washing machine needed a lot of cleaning before I was able to use id again.
The quality of the materials is low (made in turkey).
