I bought a pair of Roberto Cavalli shoes which I thought was real, because on the website it explicitly stated that all products are guaranteed to be authentic. When I received my order, the first thing I had done was to compare the shoes from Roberto Cavalli 's website to see if the shoes i had bought from Cettire were really authentic…The first thing i noticed was obviously the design. The one i had bought from Cettire was Totally different from the original shoes! The second thing was that they had sent 2 different shoes sizes. One shoe was a 39, and the other shoe was a 40, which was absolutely comedic! Do not waste your money on this scam of a brand..!

I purchased a $2000 Brunello Cucinelli cashmere scarf. When it arrived the 4 page paper tag was stitched by their merchant (not Brunello) directly into the very delicate cashmere (vs onto the existing Brunello label). When the stitches were clipped so the scarf could be warn, there remained 2 small holes where the stitches were. I returned it and after a month they gave me a refund but deducted $300 from the refund claiming the scarf was not damaged. I sent numerous pictures showing the damage and how it was exactly where someone had stitched heavy tags to the cashmere. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I don't think I'll be buying any more items from Cettire.

The customer service is so disappointing. I ordered express and two weeks later they are still preparing a part of my order. I needed it express and they refuse to cancel this part of my order as express apparently means they have ten working days to prepare. Even after ten dsys they are still giving me trouble to cancel. Plus you do not get your money back on the other returns of that same order while one piece is not yet delivered. Customer service is also impolite in their answering. They can learn from all the large other online luxury websites who have much better customer service…

I choose a seasonal sweater seen in stores, but it was already reduced in price from Cettire website! It arrived quickly

There are scratches on the sunglass lenses I ordered. Even if there is a product defect, the customer has to pay for the return shipping fee. I can't understand this and will never use it again.
