Photo Book Not Reflecting The Pictures Sent. Poor Quality.
I had recently ordered a photo book through CEWE.
The results have been very disappointing. All images look underexposed with "Blacks" being very evident.
I have enclosed a comparison between the CEWE printed photo book and a photo printed on my basic house printer (HP Deskjet 4130e) in A4 paper. You can see for yourself the stark difference in quality of the image printed. Could I please know if I am eligible for a refund or if CEWE can re-print the photo book that reflects the original photo sent?

I had order around 100+- photos of all the exact same ratio's in size, but the end result was that some photos were cut to a with of 148 others up to 156mm wide.
instead of the normal 152,4 mm that the customer service said there photo's would be,I had already let it go as i fixed the photo's myself but after filling in a review on there official website, customer service contacted me in a friendly mater, and even to i was fine with how it was at that point the told me that out of solidarity they would refund me the payment for the photo's, its been almost 6 weeks later now and never got it refunded. they better never promised me that and things would have been ok, but making false promises is not something that fine,

desk calendar not that great
I ordered a desk calendar, the quality of the picture is really basic to not say low. Also the wooden stand was delivered broken, however the client service was good and send a new one within days.

Fast and reliable
Making my album was a creative experience. I liked the features of the offline designing software of cewe. I am able to store my projects. The delivery was reliable. I saw suggestions that was helpful in organizing the album. Sometimes I had to use photos from Whats app whose quality wasnt great and tips to improve the quality of such photos would be helpful.
