Unrealistic delivery date provided

Unrealistic delivery date provided. When making the purchase and even in the confirmation email I was provided with a delivery date that has not been met, neither has any additional updates or communications been provided over when I can expect to receive my items.

The quality of the pictures I ordered…

The quality of the pictures I ordered online was really bad, so bad indeed that I had to reorder them using a different service. Furthermore the reason for the bad quality cannot be the camera since the pictures were taken with a fairly good dslr.

MediaMarkt employee are not trained for…

MediaMarkt employee are not trained for photo service; they do not know where I should pick up photo.
First I checked with employee in the store, they told me to go to the first floor desk that is besides photo printing machine, then they asked me to go outside for online pickup point, then they told me to go to ground floor service desk (where people return products). They had to ask again where the photo is, which is just in the cabinet next to them. AND they did not know I have not paid for it yet.
The photo quality is good, but MediaMarkt application does not have English interface, and it does not have "inch" mentioned when I order the photo since that's usually what the frames specify (e.g. 5" x 7").

The Photobook is fantastic

The Photobook is fantastic, but I could not follow my delivery ans had to contact the customer service. They were helpful. And sent me the tracking link. But still no proper information. God thanks I received it in time. But it created me stress.

Easy to use, original colours and affordable

I have been using the CEWE photo album software since the birth of my son 7 years ago! (thus have ordered already 7 consecutive albums with calenders in between!) Not only is the software super easy to use, but the colours have also improved in the latest album. Every album page is a true representation of the original photo resolution and tints. I enjoy using all the phrames, the background colours and fonts. This remains truly my album software to use also for the following years!
