They let and manage my mums property and I normally liase with them regarding any issues the property has because my mums English isn't the best. They are always so helpful, so easy to communicate with and team gets things done and resolve issues as quick as possible. Highly recommend them!

DO NOT INSTRUCT THIS COMPANY TO SELL YOUR HOUSE.
They are guilty of false advertising, breaching GDPR and publicly distributing leaflets with false information and specifics related to my home without my consent.
My home was listed by Charles Henry Peppiatt and is now under offer. The company has now used a photograph of my home in their marketing materials without my consent and without notifying me. They have included the photo of my home alongside false information about the specifics of the sale, stating 'We have managed to sell this property above asking' which is completely false. The home is under offer, at a sale price below asking, thanks to CHP.
This leaflet was mailed to all residents of the local area, within a week of my accepting the offer, potentially jeopardising the sale, and spreading misinformation.
Do not list your home with CHP.

Don't appoint these as your managing agents!!!
As a tenant of a property that Peppiatt were appointed to manage, I can only report nothing but atrocious service. Bills unpaid, frequently cut off of critical services, failure to address ASB issues, and all the while putting tenants under pressure to pay rent on time and to the full. Several times we had to pay the bills, and many times Peppiatt failed to pay us the money we were forced to find. Middle of winter and no gas because they didn't pay the bill - not even an apology from Peppiatt.
The Landlord had enough and kicked them off of managing the property, and we've now found out that they failed to pay for the Internet services from the day it was installed. As a key worker who is fully dependent on the Internet to work, being cut off 4 weeks into the pandemic with no warning was unacceptable. All because of Peppiatt. Bill to get the Internet re-enabled is over £600 and we cannot appoint an alternative until the bill is paid!!! I'm having to use my mobile to work - bill for the last 10 weeks is almost £300. Cheers Peppiatt.
Any landlord contemplating using Peppiatt should contemplate using someone else. Any tenants thinking of signing a contract with Peppiatt should sign with someone else. Avoid at all costs.
