There was a hole in the glove I purchased. I am satisfied with other products. For shipping, it's a good idea to arrive a little earlier.

I finished ordering procedure, however, the order was canceled by their mistake. And l was suggested to order again. Then l order it again, however the second order was also cancelled again because there was no service to send it to Japan under the current situation. After that I couldn’t got correct refund without a claim to their support. So was so exhausted to get the correct refund.

Japanese distributors charge a lot of commissions, and the wheels and other equipment you're interested in are too expensive to buy.
It takes a few days to get the wheels and other equipment, but I buy them here because it's cheaper.

My order was canceled by the shop by the reason that price was incorrect.

I purchase wears, tires & tubes, accessories, etc. for a road bike. CRC has a wide selection of products, and if you choose the period, you can purchase at a considerable discount rate, which is what I really like. I am satisfied with the delivery to Japan for about a week.

It's good that my order arrived exactly one month later, but I'm not very impressed because I forgot to include one item and it still hasn't arrived a month after the reshipment call for it.
The quality of the product and the packaging is fine and I still make use of it. Thank you.

One month has passed but I haven't received it yet

Despite this dificult situation in Covid problem, I could got the order item, hope hub, in very quick, and appreciated kind delivery. I do hope someday near future i can build up my wheel by this item after this problem over, and ride out to outside in free with the wheel. Thanks CRC. From Tokyo.

I bought Prime BlackEdition 28 carbon disc wheels on March 26th. And it shipped on March 27th.
However, it was canceled suddenly on April 8th and refunded without prior notice.
I was willing to take the delivery time, so I tried ordering again. But it was already sold out...
Where did the wheel I bought go?

I shopped at CRC for the first time. Items are so many and always nice price. The order items arrived in a short time. And I could always check the transportation status of items so I could rest assured. I will shop at CRC again.
