The frame was bent.

Wire length is different on the right and left
The item arrived surprisingly fast.
However, Northwave shoes had one problem. The wire of SLW 2 was short only on the left side and could not be worn as it was. I am using it as it is possible to wear it with removing the top part.
If you do not mind, I would like to purchase a wire exchange kit, do you have any treatment?

poor packing, broken parts, no support
I ordered a pair of MTB tires, tubes, bottle cages, a road bike tire, and a Wire lock. MTB tires ware not folding type, so packing box was very big. CRC packed all items without using any buffer materials or bubble wraps. Then all items ware collide with each other while carried to Japan. When I opened the packing box, All items ware broken or damaged. I tried to contact to CRC, but there was no response. I understood that CRC didn't packed for and sold to overseas. Now they cannot deal with Shimano's items, I have no reason to buy at CRC.I was disappointed.

There is a problem with the shipping.
Unfortunately, I still haven't heard how my order will be handled.
I inquired about the shipping problem of my order in November 2018 and believeably, it will be updated sometime next year.
If it is difficult to manage delivery, I think it is better to support only the tracking method.
