The Baker chest on chest arrived covered with scratches all along the front of the drawers. The brass hardware was totally oxidized. There were dents and scrapes on the sides and the feet. The finish in places was muddied and dull. The piece was so mistreated over its life and not from the delivery to our house. I don't think a second hand store would even have accepted this. When we refused to accept delivery we were told that we had to and that the truck was full. They called their boss and were told explicitly not to accept the piece. It's been three days since delivery and we have not heard a peep out of anyone. Beware of Chairish. We were shocked with what they sent us for $2311.
