Seller included a second identical item at no cost as it had a crack. Unfortunately she packed them tightly in one box and they both arrived shattered. She claims no responsibility as this discovery was well past the 48 hours as I was in hospital. No sympathy from Seller or Chairish. If she had just sent the one that I ordered it would likely have arrived in one piece. And the second “free” item pushed the cost of the one item from $59 to over $100 and I end up with nothing.
