Easy purchase and extremely smooth delivery- my delivery said it would take 3-6 weeks and the sellers hand delivered it from out of state in a matter of 2 days! Great process all around.

As a first-time buyer with Chairish, I had a great experience. The saddle stand I purchased was accurately described, and the photos clearly reflected its authenticity and age. The Frank Reenskaug mid-century modern teak rocking chair makes me smile every time I walk into my living room. It arrived quickly and while the packing method was unexpected (encased in plastic film with foam pool floaties taped around each spindle and other edges) it protected well. Delivery by the independent contractor went seamlessly. As described, the chair is 100% original condition and has been well cared for over the last 60+ years. I was a little nervous purchasing a vintage item sight unseen, but am so pleased with the chair and the experience.

Chairish customer support is non existent. Chat support service seldom on line. When one is able to speak with a representative, they are in the Philippines, unable to assist. As a trade partner, the lack of focus on customer service is inexcusable.

I am very pleased with my order. It was packaged very well and arrived promptly. The teacup and saucer is in mint condition and looks just like the picture.
