I ordered 4 chairs but sadly one arrived broken. I took a photograph and emailed it and got a reply within half an hour and was told it would be replaced which it was, within the week. We had been looking online for a garden bench to use in our newly landscaped garden when we came across Chairs & Tables and were surprised to find they are based just a few miles from us. We ordered a 5ft Southwold bench with fitted seat cushion as a pre-order expected to be available in mid April.
It arrived a week earlier than expected and we were very impressed with it.
The bench is very sturdy and there are no screws, bolts or nails in sight.
The joints are glued and dowelled and the whole bench is sanded to a beautiful smooth finish. A few weeks later we decided to buy two more but the Southwold was already out of stock so we bought the Aldeburgh version instead. These were almost identical apart from the curved back rail.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Company and the quality of their benches which should last for many years to come.

It was a struggle buying steamer chairs. One company I approached had a delivery daye from the end of June. However, this company delivered quickly. The chjairs themselves are great but the material for the cushions could be nicer. My only critisism was the amount of packaging which was excessive.

A great experience, nothing was too much trouble. We bought 10 chairs and 2 lazy Susan’s which were all delivered to our home exactly when promised. We are delighted with our purchase and the excellent service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chairs and Tables to anybody, they deserve every success.
