DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wish I had checked trustpilot before placing my order, that would've spared me a bunch of nerves.
Not only have I not received any information on my order since placing it, they have also not responded to a single email I have written.
I just requested a refund, we'll see how that goes. In any case: spare yourself the trouble and order somewhere else.

Don’t buy from them , they are just scammers, I placed order on 25th January and it’s march but I still do not receive my order and they never reply the emails . So I suggest all to beware of any purchase from this website

Don't buy from them, really, listen to the other comments and stay away before you make the same mistake, I regret not checking here before ordering.

Placed a 'starter pack' order on their website and got an email saying they'll send me the tracking number in a few days. A whole week passes, nothing, so I message them about it. Response? Just another mail now CONFIRMIMG they shipped it out but still NO tracking number. Another week passes, and at this point I'm pissed cuz their so called 'arrives in few days' is a damn lie. And THEN after ANOTHER week (been a month at this point) they email me saying my country aka Sweden isn't allowing any shipping atm (which I personally believe is bullshit cuz I've ordered many times from abroad and have never had that promise but ykw maybe it did and I'm not aware of it) and I'll be refunded. Except another week and half passes and nothing. So I have to contact them again about the refund, and three days later, ONLY THEN, get my money back.

Yeah, don't bother with these jokes, just order from Esty, Uclays, Amazon, literally anywhere else but here.

My order did not arrive within the time frame they had anticipated. They did not respond to my email within the time frame the automated email said it would. I don't know if my shipment will even arrive.

Scammers!
I placed an order on March 30th, they charged my card immediately but never shipped the item.
They kept sending fake excuses about “shipping delays” and then stopped responding completely.
It’s been over a month — no product, no refund.
Stay away from this website! They are not trustworthy!

I purchased several goods on February 5, 2025. Despite numerous reminders I have NEVER received either the goods or the refund. I think they are dangerous scammers. Measures must be taken!

Steer away!!!!! Dont buy from this website!!!
I placed an order on 21st feb, didnt recieve anything til 7th of march. Did not recieve any shipping details. Tried contacting them several times, but no reply other than standard automatic reply.
A week went by and I asked for refund. Finally got it, even though they did not refund the same amount, it was a differens of 15kr. Still better than nothing!

My order was late but I did get it. It's shame because the product is good.

Update:
I received an insulting email from them, but also a refund, so I’m updating my review.
1. Placed an order on 02.02.2025.
2. Heard nothing from them, so I messaged on 11.02, asking them to send whatever they have ASAP.
3. Checked Trustpilot, realized they probably wouldn’t send anything, and posted a 1-star review.
4. Requested a refund on 17.02.
5. Finally got a response on 18.02—an email full of insults and a promise of a refund.
6. 21.02—received my refund!

I think if you’re lucky and patient enough, you might eventually get your order. So maybe their intention isn’t outright scamming, but it’s pretty clear they don’t really care about their customers’ time or orders.

This site is a complete scam! Never order from them! I paid and never received my order. They didn’t respond to any of my messages, and there was no way to track my package because, in reality, they have no intention of delivering it! Stay away!

don't order from them, scam, they should be blocked, they lie, take your money and you never get what you paid for,I wrote to them a couple of times and now they've blocked me, the site is a scam

Its been 2 months haven’t received my order…
Neither do they reply on any customer support services provided!!!!

Never got my order, placed on september 27th. Don't even got a T&T number. Also they don't response on all the emails I've send.

Now i'm trying to get my money back from my CreditCard company. So glad I didn't pay with Ideal..

Dont order from them!!! You will never get your order and they wont respond to your email!!!

They do not respond to emails and they do not deliver the product even after you pay.

This is a scam. I currently order on Etsy and Amazon with zero problems. Don’t give these people a dime. They took my money and never sent any products. I ordered in December of 2022 it is currently March 25th of 2023. They told me via PayPal they would refund me but they did not. You will pay them for nothing.

I have wanted to try chalk for a while now and overall it was a good experience. I enjoyed the texture and taste. However 1 point down for order coming late!

Chalk clean crisp freshness exactly what I wanted at free of charge
Delivery was the downfall but yes I will give it another attempt to order and I’m eating it right now I’m going to to be addicted to this clay
