I ordered a linen duvet sheet set (cost in excess of 350 pounds) in September 2020 for my spare bedroom. Like other five star reviewers on this site, at the time I was thrilled with the purchase - they washed well and looked amazing.

However after the wash today I have noticed two very large holes have appeared in the middle of the fitted sheet. The surrounding area is so so thin and almost threadbare so I guess it is inevitable that this deterioration would lead to holes sooner or later.

This thinness from wear is what I have seen on other sheets that I have owned for 15+ years, not something that I would expect on sheets that are only used for occasional guest for three years! I expected to own these sheets for decades, but it seems they are just not good quality. It's back to cotton for me.

My wife ordered sheets based on a remmendation from a YouTube "influencer". What a mistake!

Upon receiving the sheets - we of course washed them. We tried to put the king-size sheets on the bed and they are about a foot short. The company refuses to take them back because we washed them, so we are out $275.

Do yourself a favor - if you want luxury sheets with a 100 percent money-back guarantee, get Boll and Branch or some other brand from a company that stands behind its product. Extremely disappointing.

So pleased, struggled to find luxury black linen for our bedroom and then stumbled on this company having seen a recommendation in Housekeeping magazine. The linen duvet is boutique hotel quality. Washes amazingly and fits perfectly. Customer service was also first class being given helpful information with our contrasting pillow cases. Highly recommend

Fabulous company, extremely helpful with my queries around sizes, due to me having bespoke bedding. Perfect fit. The quality of the bed linen is so good I’ve reordered and recommended to others. Lovely bedding, great quality and beautiful pattern. Well packed and looks great on. However. The sizing is waaaay off. Ordered a super king and was massive. Returned it and was sent a new one, still too large but loved it enough to keep it but in hindsight should have returned for king size as the cover is just far too big and the quilt swims around in it. Previous bedding was a perfect fit and their on line sizes corresponded to the quilt size but in reality width and depth is a good 3-4 inches bigger on the cover. I have since had to order an emperor quilt to fit which it does so and still got room......also every button on the bottom on the opening has broken.

Everything from the packaging to the linen is superb. So much so that we thought a second review for the product as opposed to the customer service.
The duvet set looks beautiful and feels luxurious. Sleeping in it is just like sleeping in the Shangri-la hotel. We are just about to order another set.

I have just had my second order from this company and am just as pleased as I was with the first. The customer service is excellent, and the linen sheets are just gorgeous. I have previously used another company to supply linen bedlinen but the quality was not nearly as good as Chalk Pink. Slightly more expensive than some, but definitely worth the extra.
