They charged me 40$ for shipping
When i saw on my bank account that they took the money i was VERY upset as they didn’t ask me any validation code to process the payment.
I immediately reached out, sent multiple emails , send messages on instagram
No one replied
Oh yes they replied by email it was an IA.

Horrendous customer service since it's an AI that is completely unhelpful. I've made an order that never arrived, I've tried multiple times to get through the AI to speak to a REAL PERSON, but I simply can't bypass it. I've made this order months ago and never got my money back nor my order.

Bad service
I ordered matcha on the website and after 16 days i didn’t receive my package without any updates, i send an email to ask about my order. They just said it was out of stock so i couldn’t get it anymore. I asked for the refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE!!

Awful experience overall with Chamberlain Coffee. Product arrived damaged, dirty, and appeared used. Customer Success does not respond for multiple business days, and when they do, it is without a viable resolution. Simply punting responsibilities down the line and without any actual customer service concern or skills. Unacceptable for a company of this size. Judging by the many negative reviews here and their automated responses, I'm not the only one experiencing continued difficulties with Chamberlain Coffee.

No communication and very long dispatch time
Received an email to confirm my order pretty much straight away but the dispatch took a very long time. I heard nothing for weeks not even an order processing update. The only way to contact the company was through the website ‘contact us’ option. No phone number, no email and so felt totally at their mercy. Genuinely thought I’d lost my money so contacted them on social media and got a response asking for my order number. Order was eventually dispatched but only after being told part of my order couldn’t be fulfilled. Such a shame as the product is brilliant but due to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I will never order from them again.
UPDATE 8th Feb: Just received an email saying I need to provide more details about my order or my review will be taken down. Very convenient. Order number CCUK22895. I also have the email reply I got at about 10pm after contacting them on social media. The issue isn’t with the customer service staff or the product it’s the lack of communication and the difficulty in getting hold of anyone as when I ordered it didn’t it say the length of postage time would be weeks.

No shipping updates, bad service
Ordered on 11th November and after weeks of waiting I emailed their customer service. Very disappointing service over email with no real updates - finally got a refund but won’t be trying to order from them again!

Nearly a month and still no coffee
I ordered for the first time with this company on the 22nd of November, the shipping info on their website said it would be dispatched in a week or two. I still have no coffee.
I messaged them about two weeks in to ask if they could tell me when it would turn up. They said around another week. Over a week later i get an email saying ‘they are working hard to get it shipped’ and a 20% discount off my next order. Even if it does eventually turn up, i highly doubt i’d buy from them again.
I have no problem waiting for things if a company is honest about wait times in the first place. Now i’m just annoyed and down £40 on something i bought as a ‘treat’.
Will update if it ever turns up.

Had to pay import duties to the UK
Had to pay import duties to the UK. Website never actually advises where the items are being shipped from so as I was charged in £ I believed it to be UK. Won’t be ordering again

Customer Support is tedious
Their customer support is very frustrating. I would email for help, it would take them hours or a day to respond, but it would never actually resolve my request. They consistently just asked one question each time, in response. After emailing like this for about 5 days, I gave up, and won’t be ordering from Chamberlain Coffee.

horrible quality bag
I made an order 3 weeks ago and because i live in the UK i expected it to take a little while,and delivery was fine but when i unboxed it (a tote bag and a mug) i used the tote bag for an hour and the side of it completely ripped open.I contacted customer service and 4 days later still haven’t heard anything.

Amazing service and quick delivery
First of all, the coffee is delicious, very fresh and a strong coffee flavour - and the steeped bags can be used for hot coffee and cold brew.
Second of all, the delivery is super quick. I have ordered from the EU website three times, and all orders arrived within two days.
Lastly, I had a small problem with an order, and the customer service was so helpful - they were understanding and quick to reply. The small problem I experienced was that the best before date on the coffee was only one month after the date I ordered it, but they very kindly offered to send me a new order free of charge. I even received a few promo codes along with the reshipment of the coffee. Amazing service, I Will definitely order from them again

Anyway, after writing to customer service, my daughter received a package with the mug - after only two days from my initial email. Huge thanks to Elena for arranging this. AMAZING Customer Service.
