I am so disappointed!
I am so disappointed by such a big clinic. They are unprofessional and uneducated. What they really care is about money and not our pets. My cat was suspected for FIP and the first doctor told us that’s it’s untreatable and the medicines are not legal here. We left our cat in hospitalisation for two days we found on our own the medicine and went to pick up our cat. The second doctor did an almost double dose of the injection he should have done. We paid extra for the blood work to be done fast and we got it after two weeks!!!! And that’s because I called 4 times to be sent to me. If I had leave my cat to be saved by them he would have die!!! Still no doctor have call us back to say what they think for the results. Of course I am not going ever back there!
