Awful customer experience
Purchased some bits online. FedEx delivery was delayed and when it finally arrived, was dumped outside of my door in the rain unannounced. My delivery had disappeared! Complained to FedEx who stated they had no obligation to ring my door bell so escalated to Championstore.com who took weeks to reply and said "ask your neighbours".

Champion in their wisdom then decided to complete my address details for me based on a previous order I made several years ago without giving me a chance to confirm.
I no longer live at that address!
The address is not even on my PayPal!
I contacted their customer service straight away to request the item be sent to the correct address.
They said they could not do this. This is before the item has been dispatched.
I asked to cancel.
They said they could not do this. I repeat - this is before the item has been dispatched! Apparently it’s against their procedures. What sort of policy is this? A STUPID AND UNFAIR ONE.
I wish I had read the reviews on here because I doubt they will send the order anyway. I am now out nearly £100 for nothing.
They are scammers pure and simple.
Even if they do send the items to the WRONG ADDRESS there is no way I can get there to retrieve them.
I am really disappointed as I used to love the brand. I strongly advise against purchasing from their store at all costs. I will personally never buy a Champion product again.

We submitted complaints to AGCM and ECC-net. This is the supervision and protection rights of the buyer.
Fake "Shipped" Status! Item Never Handed to DHL Since Dec 8 (Order #CHP529112)
I have been waiting for my order (CHP529112) placed on December 8, 2025. While the store claims it is "on the way" and tells me to be patient, the official DHL tracking history proves otherwise.
The status has been stuck on "Order data transmitted electronically" since December 8. This means the package was never physically handed over to DHL. They only created the label and did nothing else for over a month! Customer service refuses to refund me and keeps using "high volume" as an excuse while they haven't even shipped the item. This is deceptive and unacceptable. Avoid this store at all costs!
Refund my money before I take action against you!!!
I've asked to return these and emailed Champion five times now (order CHP529759 ) they have ignored my emails - their return portal asks for a FedEx tracking number - how would I possibly have that? Please return my money within 48 hours, or I will ask my bank to recover all funds, including postage, in full - I can see how you've earned such a poor TP rating - well deserved!

I placed an order on the 9th of December, today December 15 they don't have a clue on what is happening with the order. They don't care about customers. If you try to contact them, they simply ignore you and disconnect the call without offering any solution... the worst experience.

I bought one pair of joggers on 14/11, they arrived on 19/11. I tried on and they didn't fit (I was also highly disappointed by the quality!). So I generated a return on 22/11 and sent back in original condition on 25/11 via tracked fedex. I can see they arrived back at the warehouse facility for a refund on 1/12. But I have had no communication since. No emails and no refund.
Online it says their refund process take 5-7 days and after 10 days, to get in touch.
So I did just that. I contacted customer service twice this week, to no avail - they do not respond.
Luckily, I can attempt to dispute this with my bank to try and draw back the money through them if they don't respond within 15 days, but it should never have to get to this point. What a terrible company with non-existent customer service. Avoid!
Literally scammers
I tried to buy an XL from their site. Selected XL. Checked the order confirmation. They had sold me an XS. I contacted support and was told the order couldn’t be changed and I would have to return the item for a refund. I figured it was my mistake.
Having returned the item, I just made another purchase of an XL item to rectify the ‘mistake’. Made sure to select XL. Paid via Apple Pay, with no review step possible. Checked order confirmation - they had sold me another XS.
Literally scammers. They’re offloading dead stock by making it look like every size is available for sale items, then shipping out dead stock in the wrong size regardless of your selection.
'American made' no better than Primark
I have been offered a 50% refund on my order for an American Made hoody. So somewhat mitigated.
I paid a premium for it and expected a premium product like the Champion vintage ones. After 2 washes at the instructed temperature it shrunk and completely lost its shape.
Looks like China may actually produce better quality now

I attempted to return an item bought for my son at Christmas. Their customer service is appalling. Communication is impossible. Every telephone number I tried in order to alert them to my return was unavailable and the email addresses did not function at this time.
When I did finally manage to send an email they stated that the purchase was outside the 14 day period. This precludes anyone from being able to buy an item to send as a Christmas gift. Indeed any decent company extends their return period over that time of year in order to give a reasonable amount of leeway.

My order was not sent in time, it did not even leave a warehouse but I can not even cancel it. The information given from one operator does not match the information given by another operator, you can not trust to their delivery time.

There will be toll and taxes on your purchase
Nothing wrong with the products, but unlike Nike, Champion, Puma, well, all other of their biggest competitors, you have to pay toll and taxes on the items you buy from Champion, meaning their own website is way more expensive than all other websites you can buy the exact same items on. So steer away, either buy elsewhere or buy another brand. No info on their website that you have to pay toll and taxes.
I will never buy from this website again.
