Replacing my windows with Champion triple pane has been an amazing experience! The installers were very professional and meticulous. The energy savings is amazing, and my home looks so incredibly beautiful with the upgrade. I never expected to be so excited about windows!

Duane was awesome and fought through adversity with technology to give my family a quote for siding on our house. Both the quality and look of the options we chose look amazing and hopefully I can convince my wife this purchase falls into the “necessary” category.

Teresa was very very good and honest with her information she knew her product very very well whatever questions I had she had the answers right then and there.. she kept a smile at all times and kept us laughing her presentation was very good and convincing I believe I will be heading to Champion thanks to her presentation

Their buy two get two free windows is a joke. A very misleading promotion. Over $9000 for a sliding glass door and over $4000 for just the smaller windows alone. Although their product looks impressive and I really liked our sales rep, there’s no way we can afford over $28,000 for Windows.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. We had $10,000 window installed over a month ago and by the time they were done there was a lot wrong. One of the windows dosnt even open because its so tight, there is several nails sticking out of the framing, the same framing that is 1inch away from the wall because theres something behind it pushing it away from the wall, glass all over my front yard(been a month and im still picking up pieces of glass). Now we addressed these issues with our representative which they had an inspector come out and he agreed with all of the problems i addressed so they setup and appointment to come out and fix these issues. THIS SHITTY COMPANY F**KING DIDNT SHOW UP AND ARE NOW GHOSTING ALL OF OUR CALLS. IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED WE WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible customer service and terrible installation. I paid a significant amount of money to have vinyl siding installed. The sales person never told me there was a chance it could melt. Well it did and it took 6 months to fix. I have other issues as well like loose panels and gaps that have not been addressed. The melting will happen every year so I get to deal with them until the end of time.

Update: I’m told it is not covered because it is an act of god and I need to tell my neighbor to tint his window. Acts of god are unexpected events that can’t be mediated. This is certainly not that.

The installation team was fantastic. They were courteous, very conscious of the care of our floors during inclement weather and quite professional in their installation of the windows. The overall experience with Champion was positive despite a few glitches which were handled quickly.

Would be 0 stars if possible. Still waiting to hear back about work that was promised, replacement of window sashes and fixing a horribly crooked newly purchased window. It's been MORE than a year I've been waiting for these two simple items. Last time someone was at my house, not one thing was done.

This nightmare started in 2023 with a purchase of new windows for the whole house and a new front door. It took 6 months for them to get the windows installed and the door, and they miss measured half the house. So back when the windows. Another 8 weeks plus and after me hounding the company they finally delivered the new windows but there were no screens. They said the screens were all ripped and they had to send them back in. The individual in charge of this project apparently had a drinking problem, left the company and never ordered the screens. He actually did tell me not to worry about the screens just to leave the windows open cuz now I have fresh air. We're into November of 2024 and I have no screens on the windows. I also had to send back to interior windows because they put them in with cracks in them. So now I'm waiting for those as well. The door now has to be lifted up physically to close. Two people have come out to try and fix this. Two guys were sent a month ago, to put the screens in and the window that was cracked and they showed up with a window. Where in the world are the screens? I had to get green sky involved so they didn't pay them, but we are almost a year and a few months later and I can't get this project finished? I want money back. Anyone who is crazy enough to use this company deserves what they get from this point forward if you're reading this. There are many other companies that install Windows. What champion did was over sell their product consistently and didn't have the people to install, have customer service, all they did was rake in money. If I could give this a zero star I would

The Champion team, from the sales representative to the installation crew, did an outstanding job on my screen room project. They were friendly, courteous, and timely with this project. I absolutely love my screen room and would highly recommend Champion.

The sales man was great! The customer service was lacking greatly. Window manufacturing takes about 12 weeks. During this time little communication. My windows were full of caulking and 1 window installed was the wrong window which I waited another 12 weeks for. I also provided 3 referrals.. 4 jobs total and 2 of 4 had issues.

Friendly and competent installer, moved right through the job.

The Champion team was extremely polite and professional. They did a fantastic job on our house windows. I would highly recommend them!
