We’ve just completed a purchase where chancellors was the vendors agent. I appreciate that the agent works for the vendor and can’t be held responsible for lack of attention on their part. I don’t think that should stop the agent being open about challenges and replying to emails and calls. Verging on rudeness and very poor service. I wouldn’t sell through chancellors after this experience.

Tom H was great when he showed me two properties. He answered all the questions I had and has been really good with communicating when it comes to booking viewings.

He is friendly; courteous; understanding of the pressures involved in both buying and selling properrty; and enables the process by suggesting alternatives or offering counsel on particular decisions. Jude is absolutely amazing. After a marriage breakdown I was struggling so much Jude made sure I understood everything and made sure I felt reassured and really well looked after. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me. Jude gaal is a credit to chancellors estate agents. Would 💯 recommend her services to anybody. A very stressful and tearful time but Jude helped me get through.
