Ms Bongioanni was extremely organised when booking the viewing, and very friendly throughout the appointment. When I asked about certain aspects of the property and the surrounding area Ms Bongioanni was informative and knowledgeable. This for me was very important, as it gave me more information and a greater perspective on the potential purchase. Overall, Ms Bongioanni and Chancellors have been great throughout the whole process.

We viewed a property with Rocio from Chancellors in Hay on Wye. Rocio was prompt and very professional. She answered all our questions regarding the property and was very helpful. We will have no hesitation in using Chancellors in our continuing property search.

Selling or buying a house is never easy however with Chancellors all worries and concerns were answered in a prompt and professional way. This put us Selling the property at ease straight away. All questions that we had were answered straight away and an easy to follow explanation of each step of the way. At no point did we feel left out of the loop and a special thanks to Jane Carter Hay-on-Wye office and Laura Davey Brecon office for the efforts and support throughout.

I have previously bought and sold houses in the Hay area with Chancellors and with Mary Rose Rylands in particilar. As it was very successful I chose to go with them again. Mary Rose was, from the beginning, very helpful, pleasant and professional. She understood exactly my house and accurately and for that reason she valued it way above what other agents had, we achieved the asking price within 24 hours.
During this time, however, I received irritating, repetative phone calls from head office, I assume, mostly, it seemed checking whether the Hay office was performing well. They are, they do and do not need to be checked up on! Since then, after my recomendation, several of my friends have had their houses valued by Mary Rose and have received one of these iritating calls within 24 hours. This is why I have given them four stars instead of five.

Rocio was ready to show us the various property types on time.We were given ample time to inspect the houses that we wished to view.She was very helpful in explaining the various aspects of each property .

We are looking in particular for a bungalow and Rocio was employed to help us. We found her to be a pleasure to be with, having an open and cheerful personality. She was also knowledgable about the properties and we left feeling positive about her. Unfortunately at the time of viewing there were no properties to quite suit our needs.

Rocio was really helpful, particularly when we found a few minor issues. She was very quick to respond, accurately recording the problems and then making sure that they were passed on to the builders. Her presence was just enough to know she was there if you needed her but not shadowing. Thanks for your help!

Although we decided not to sell our house after failing to find another;’chancellors in Hay have been absolutely brilliant. Mary Rose is an amazing Estate Agent, who listens to everyone and acts with kindness and understanding. Jane is a very good and diligent administrator. Chivvying along the proceedings and being adaptable when we changes our minds.
