Overall Chancellors provide excellent service. The only downside on this occasion was miscommunication between the staff, we did not know who was dealing with our requirements.

Chancellors handled things professionally. However, at times it was difficult to get hold of someone to speak to about things and it was back and forth with missed calls. I emailed them times that I was free at work and they rang whenever they wanted. It took them over a week to confirm that they’d received my deposit. I had to chase them several times to get confirmation and a deposit certificate.

One of the estate agents stood out - Brooke, she was really helpful and very friendly.

Brooke did a great job finding me somewhere to live at short notice and has followed the process closely all the way through making sure everything was progressing. She always returned my calls quickly and kept me up to date very well. Would highly recommend.

Admittedly other lettings agents set a very low bar when it comes to customer service, but it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Chancellors High Wycombe. As first time renters the process can be daunting, so it was great to have a friendly advisor like Brooke guiding us from our initial enquiry all the way through to signing the tenancy agreement. Brooke was always at the end of the phone, ready to find the answer to any questions we had and to check we were happy once moved in. Our only slight negative from the experience was that the central lettings team seemed to be overloaded with work, and so could be difficult to get answers from, so it was great to have the efficient branch at High Wycombe who helped chase them on our behalf.

Jade has been fantastic throughout my property search and although we have not manage to find the right flat for me together I'd certainly work with her again.
She has been friendly, responsive and helpful. It has to be said that comparing to my experience with other estate agents, Jade deserves a gold star. She's a credit to Chancellor's.
